To change systemic racism, I have argued that we need to change the systems that discriminate, not the people. One man that is doing just that is Wole Coaxum, Founder, and CEO of MoCaFi a challenger bank and financial services platform that targets those that have been traditionally shut out of traditional banks and financial services.
Wole is a special person with a special story. He has recently appeared on CNBC and in a New York Times article titled “Trying to Correct Banking’s Racial Imbalance.”
